Solutions

Several technologies,one study per building.

  • Wall split

One indoor unit per room, ideal to target the living area or a bedroom. The design models (Daikin Emura, Mitsubishi MSZ-LN) blend in discreetly.

    • Daikin Emura · Mitsubishi MSZ-LN · Panasonic Etherea
    • From CHF 4'500 installed
    • Sound level 19-22 dB(A)
  • Multi-split

Several indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit. The balanced solution for 2 to 5 rooms without multiplying outdoor units.

    • 1 outdoor unit for 2 to 5 zones
    • Per-zone control
    • Space-saving on the façade
  • Ducted system

The indoor unit is hidden in the suspended ceiling, only the supply grilles are visible. Perfect aesthetics, ideal for new builds or major retrofits.

    • Invisible once installed
    • Even diffusion through grilles
    • Suspended ceiling required (~25 cm)

Questions

What weget asked.

A question that isn't covered here? Ask us directly.

  • Do you need a permit to install air conditioning in Geneva?

Yes in most cases for the outdoor unit (visibility from the public space, noise, façade in a protected zone). We prepare the full application and handle the review with the municipality.

  • What about condominiums?

The condominium rules take precedence — you generally need the assembly's approval and must comply with façade constraints. We help you present the file to the board.

  • How loud is the outdoor unit?

The units we install run at 45-55 dB(A) at 1 m. With adapted placement, the federal OFEV limit of 60 dB(A) at the property line is easily met.

  • Is reversible heating really worthwhile?

Yes as a complement or backup. An air-air heat pump has a COP of 3 to 4 — less efficient than an air-water heat pump for whole-house heating, but excellent for targeting one or two rooms.

  • What annual maintenance is needed?

Filter cleaning every month (by you), annual check by our team (circuit tightness, performance, disinfection), from CHF 250 per year.
